Sold me a useless policy

I purchased a policy during the pandemic to cover my travel. I was assured by the company that this policy would cover issues with Covid. I was unable to travel to Israel due to a government denial fir me to enter. When I filed a claim for the Airbnb the company denied it. They said the policy did not cover issues with a pandemic. Why would I buy a policy that did not cover a pandemic in the middle of a pandemic??unless I was told it would. This company is a rip off. Do not spend your money on their travel insurance.

User's recommendation: They will use any excuse not to oay.
